- The submission contains a personal reference from the candidate’s mentor or line manager.
- The candidate has a relevant degree (and provides documentation of his/her graduation certificate).
- The application describes the individual’s job scope, areas of involvement, and significant accomplishments. The candidate has at least two years of experience in a technical function.
Executive Achievers
Executive Achievers awards is for outstanding energy leader, representing a company, who has demonstrated the inspirational and creative leadership by addressing a specific key industry challenges.
- A comprehensive business case has been prepared for this project, product, or service, confirming the success of the project with results that can be verified and key output KPIs that may include but are not limited to:
- ROI of innovation efforts.
- Actual versus intended breakeven points for new products.
- Growth in revenue and profit due to new items.
- The submission details the project’s comparative advantages, cost-benefit analysis, and economic viability.
Outstanding Accomplishment
An innovative technology project, research, product, or service that has been put into practice or tested is recognized with the Best Project of the Year Award.
Best Project of the Year Award Criteria:
Innovation and Technology Integration:
- Showcases an innovative technology project, research, product, or service.
- Demonstrates effective integration of technology to address challenges in reliability, plant maintenance, dependability, and asset management.
Practical Implementation or Testing:
- Successfully puts the innovative technology project, research, product, or service into practice or conducts meaningful testing.
- Provides evidence of real-world application or testing with measurable outcomes.
Tangible Business Impact:
- Generates significant value for the company through increased reliability, reduced downtime, cost savings, or other relevant business metrics.
Demonstrated Feasibility and Viability:
- Provides evidence of the project’s feasibility and viability in the context of the company’s operations.
- Addresses any potential risks or challenges and offers mitigating strategies.
Scalability and Replicability:
- Shows potential for scalability or replication in other areas or projects within the company.
- Demonstrates the potential for broader applicability beyond the initial implementation.
Adherence to Ethical and Regulatory Standards:
- Demonstrates compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards relevant to the industry and technology used.
